Haley Pullos, a former actress on “General Hospital,” has been sentenced to five years of probation, 200 hours of community service, and a nine-month alcohol program.

This follows a wrong-way DUI crash on the 134 Freeway in Pasadena last year that resulted in injuries to Pullos and another driver.

The 26-year-old actress spent three months in jail after pleading guilty to a felony DUI charge related to the April 29, 2023, incident. She was released from custody on Monday after a hearing in a Pasadena courtroom.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Terry Smerling issued a stern warning, stating that Pullos would be “charged with murder” if she causes a DUI crash resulting in a fatality.

Pullos, appearing in court in orange jail attire, accepted the terms of her sentence, including the requirement to complete a mental health treatment program and to pay $8,260 in restitution to the victim. She is also prohibited from driving for one year.

The crash occurred at around 1:30 a.m. near Orange Grove Boulevard when Pullos, driving east on the freeway, swerved into the wrong lanes and collided with another vehicle.

Both drivers were injured and taken to hospitals, with Pullos needing to be extricated from her vehicle by Pasadena Fire Department crews. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that Pullos was under the influence of alcohol and was driving the wrong way.

Further investigations revealed Pullos had been involved in a hit-and-run incident before entering the freeway. Initially, she faced two felony DUI counts and one misdemeanor hit-and-run charge, but a plea agreement led to the dismissal of one DUI count and the hit-and-run charge.

Pullos, who played Molly Lansing-Davis on “General Hospital” since 2009, had her role temporarily recast following the accident. In a statement to Soap Opera Digest, she shared, “Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident and I’m doing okay, but I am going to need a little time to recover. I will be back as soon as possible.”
