Government announces reduction in petrol, diesel prices.
The government has announced reduction in petroleum prices. Offering some relief to the public.
As per the notification, The price of petrol has been decreased by Rs2.07 per litre,the new price of petrol to Rs247.03 per litre.
The price of high-speed diesel has been reduced by Rs3.40 per litre, so the new price is Rs246.29 per litre.
The price of light diesel has been set at Rs140.90 per litre after a reduction the price of light diesel now Rs3.00 per litre.Kerosene oil prices have also been reduced by Rs 3.57 per liter.its new price to Rs154.90 per litre.
The new prices of petroleum products have been applied from today.
From June 1 to October 1, 2024, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs21.23 per litre, while during the same period, the price of diesel has dropped by Rs18.67 per litre.
